RULES U-TURN FOR WRC AS TECHNICAL RULES FROZEN FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS

Plans to scrap plug-in hybrid units, make Rally1 cars slower and Rally2 cars faster have been shelved by the FIA with the governing body’s World Motor Sport Council instead voting in favour of extending the existing regulations for the next two seasons.
