For this issue’s instalment you can add serendipitous – certainly in relation to the timing. Only last month we highlighted the 911 SC RS. This was Porsche’s forgotten RS that was built in a run of just 21 examples in 1984 to Group B standards, to enable Porsche customers to go rallying.
