SPINACH COIL (BOREK)
MAKES 2 / PREPARATION: 10 MIN / BAKING: 10-20 MIN A ROLL
This phyllo spinach roll is easy to make and can be baked in an air fryer. It can also be made in advance then reheated in the oven for 10 minutes before serving.

◗ 1 onion, sliced
◗ 2 garlic cloves
◗ 400g Swiss chard, washed and torn into pieces
◗ salt and pepper
◗ 300g feta cheese with black pepper, crumbled
◗ about 70g butter
◗ 2 garlic cloves, crushed
◗ 30g fresh parsley, chopped
◗ 10 phyllo pastry sheets
1 Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the onion and garlic until soft. Add the Swiss chard and cook until wilted. Cool then squeeze to remove the liquid. Chop finely, transfer to a bowl and season. Stir in the feta cheese.
2 Heat the butter and garlic with the parsley until the butter is melted.
Using 5 sheets of phyllo pastry, brush each with melted garlic butter and arrange them in a stack. Repeat with
