Milk Carnival brings back fond memories

CRAIG Naidoo and his team from the Westcliff Hope Foundation recently revived the once popular Milk Carnival in a bid to unite the community. And after Monday’s event at the Unit 3B grounds in Westcliff, it was clear that the revival was welcomed by the people of Chatsworth.
