STEP BY STEP Take hypericum cuttings

Hypericums are small shrubs that are covered in yellow flowers for much of the summer, attracting a host of pollinators. You can easily propagate them by taking semi-ripe cuttings now, from the new shoots. The cuttings should have soft growth at the top and slightly hardened wood below.

After planting, keep them humid in a lidded propagator and they should root in six to eight weeks. Then
