iss are nobody sensible’s idea of a great albums band, but their catalogue is littered with records that are much better than generally is a case in point. Originally released in 1982, it was the New Yorkers’ final album for Casablanca Records, and the last chance fans had to observe these handsome devils in full make-up. The following year they released , which had guitarist Vinnie Vincent wearing a cardigan on the cover. For that alone, is the better deal, and this lavish 40th-anniversary (out by two years, but who’s counting?) Super Deluxe Edition does little to argue otherwise.
