Vanilla cupcakes

125g butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¾ cup (150g) caster sugar
3 eggs
2 cups (300g) self-raising flour
¼ cup (60ml) milk
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan. Line 2 x 12-hole (⅓ cup/80ml) muffin pans
