Twelve years after playing lovers in crime drama The Paperboy, Nicole Kidman and Zac Efron have reunited on screen, but this time in a more family friendly rom-com. Kidman stars as Brooke Harwood, a writer and widowed mother who falls for movie star Chris Cole (Efron). He happens to be her daughter Zara’s former boss – and he was a bad boss at that. With Joey King, who starred in The Kissing Booth and its two sequels, playing Zara and Kathy Bates rounding out the cast, this flick ticks all the boxes. (Premieres on Netflix on Fri., Jun. 28)
