• 3 tbsp peanut oil or vegetable oil
• 500g beef rump steak, finely sliced
• 1 onion, finely sliced
• 180g sliced button mushrooms
• 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 3cm piece of ginger, finely chopped
• 2 bunches of broccolini, roughly chopped
