Southern Sea Greens has evolved with the coming together of three entrepreneurial characters, all highly skilled in their respective fields. This new business venture, started by Cam Hines, Brent ‘Bert’ Cross and Rob Brimblecombe, aims to propagate giant kelp (macrocystis) and harvest wakame, an invasive seaweed, and deliver an incredibly nutritional food source to produce stores and restaurants.
