After living and working in America for years, architect, Andrew Boyne and his partner Erica were trying to work out whether they wanted to come back to Perth to live for good. “We were very happy renting our place as we were making up our mind,” remembers Andrew. “Then we went for a walk along the river - I'd never been here before [riverside Mt Lawley] and we saw a For Sale sign.”
