All the patterns in Projectarian’s new book, Crocheting Reversible Amigurumi Projects, are reversible characters that you can flip inside out to reveal something else on the other side. They also come with the option to make them non-reversible. The book has 15 amigurumi characters plus Flossy the Cat, which, in the book, can flip to reveal Smuggles the Fox on the other side. WHAT FUR YARN TO USE?
Some brands of fur-textured yarn available in South Africa include Blue Label (such as Pixels pictured in this pattern, or Mascara), Scheepjes (such as Furry Tales, Panda, Sweetheart Soft or Softy) and Katia (Polar). Use any fur or textured yarn, including microfibre or velour, and make a gauge swatch as directed. To achieve the correct swatch size, adjust your hook such as sizing down for a smaller swatch.
