WellBeing

From the editor

A touch of wisdom, a lot of surrender, a healthy dose of balance, plenty of laughter and a coffee a day.

As you would have read a few pages earlier, our editor-in-chief Terry is leaving WellBeing. I am heartbroken. He has been my mentor for 12 years, ever since I started at WellBeing as a naïve, fresh-faced intern in 2012.

To me, and so many of our readers, Terry is much more than just an editor. He is the fascia, the adhesive that grips us all together. In his personified. He embodies it, he lives it, he breathes it. Don’t get me wrong — I’m not saying Terry is a levitating, enlightened breatharian that hasn’t consumed sugar, meat, coffee or tantalised negative thoughts. No, that’s not Terry. He’s just a regular (extraordinary) guy living a regular (extraordinary) life — but he has mastered the art of living.
