3 cups self-raising flour
¼ teaspoon salt
50g reduced-fat spread
1 cup reduced-fat milk, plus extra
2 tablespoons low-fat
plain yoghurt

1 Pre-heat oven to 220°C. Lightly dust an oven tray with flour. Into a large bowl, sift flour and salt. Add spread and rub in using fingertips until mixture resembles fine breadcrumbs. Mix yoghurt with the milk and add to a well in the middle of the flour mixture. Mix quickly with a knife to form a soft dough.

Turn onto a floured board or bench and knead lightly. Press out to form a square or rectangle about 1-1½cm thick. Cut
