1 red chilli, deseeded and sliced
2¼ cups (150g) mushrooms, sliced
1 red capsicum, deseeded and sliced thinly
Bunch broccolini, sliced into bite-size pieces (about 3 or 4 per stalk)
2 tablespoons unsalted almond butter
1 teaspoon maple syrup
