Cherry and white chocolate fridge cake
■ PREPARATION TIME 30 minutes, plus 8 hours chilling

YOU WILL NEED
✔ 400g cherries, pitted ✔ 2 tbsp icing sugar ✔ ½ tsp cornflour ✔ 450g white chocolate, finely chopped ✔ 375ml double cream ✔ 150g Greek style yoghurt ✔ butter, for greasing ✔ 250g milk chocolate Oatie Crumbles ✔ 1 tsp almond extract
DIRECTIONS
■ Simmer the cherries in a pan with 2 tbsp water for 2 minutes until soft; set a few aside for decoration. Add 1 tbsp icing sugar to the pan
