AFRICAN PENGUINS

T’S World Seabird Day on 3 July so this week we’re getting to know one of the most special seabirds on Earth – the African penguin. This bird, also called the (because it sounds like a braying donkey is found only in Africa. On land, these penguins waddle around clumsily and look a little odd, but in the sea they’re superfast, streamlined torpedoes that rush after their prey.
