Placing my shopping bags down on the kitchen floor, I was exhausted. After spending a busy day out with my family on 29 March this year, I couldn’t wait to put my feet up.
My partner Kieran, 28, and I had taken our little boy Charlie, four, to Gulliver’s Valley Resort for a day out.
Making the most of the Easter bank holiday, we’d spent the day swooping on rides and picking up a food shop on the way home.
Getting home at 6pm, after unloading the bags and eating our tea, we were all pretty much ready for bed.
