    Ubuntu 24.04 is here and we’ve been running it for a few weeks on a work laptop – it is a slick and functional experience. So, how does the first LTS (Long Term Support) release for the Raspberry Pi 5 perform? We took it for a spin on a Raspberry Pi 5 and Pi 4 8GB. Both boards are running at stock speeds for a fair comparison.

    We hitthe Pi 5. You may not. Canonical is aware of this issue, and a bug has been logged on Launchpad.
