Integrated visors on road helmets are not a new concept (anyone remember the Casco Speedairo, circa 2014?) and the aerodynamic performance advantages seem clear cut, but they remain controversial for their distinctive looks. That said, more recent attempts are undoubtedly more refined; last issue we featured Poc’s Procen Air, and now comes this from Oakley, the Aro7.

The new design shares its name with Oakley’s time-trial helmet released in 2017 but uses a more compact shape, which Oakley says is more efficient at a wider range of head angles and is better ventilated thanks to prominent vents at the front and rear of the shell. Much like Poc’s Procen, Oakley
