SHAKE YOUR SWEETCORN
Mimic the wind and regularly but gently shake your sweetcorn to encourage good pollination. This will mean better cobs filled with delicious kernels.
HARVEST SECOND EARLIES
After lifting any first earlies that are still in the ground and taking them to the kitchen (they don't store very well), it is time to start harvesting second early potatoes.
PINCH OUT BEANS
Pinch out the growing tips of climbing beans once they have reached the tops of their structures.
