RACE CHAT BSSO 2024 Round Three: Cadwell Park, May 11/12

In my mind this is one of the prettiest of the BSSO tracks and Friday night had a special treat in store in the form of the solar storm, which gave the riders a rare show of the northern lights over the Lincolnshire Wolds. Unfortunately, Saturday morning dawned cold and misty, and it took a while for the sun to make its presence felt.

Sadly, Saturday morning was also full of track and paddock medical incidents leading to several hours where medics were tied up and there was little track action. This led to more than half the day's race programme being abandoned. Sunday saw a full day of races,
