Home for children battles with dry taps

‘we need help’

AMID the various challenges that the Ramakrishna Mzamo Home is faced with daily, the ongoing water outages in Verulam, is adding to their woes.

The home cares for 33 children with cerebral palsy, aged between 3 and 17.

It was built by the Ramakrishna Centre of South Africa and officially opened in 2017.

Badudu Ngidi, a social worker and the home’s project manager, said while the home was also affected by the intermittent water
