TRIBUNAL HEARS 'SAD CASE'

Disagreements between landlord and tenants in a Browns Bay rental have led to what adjudicator K Tan called an extremely sad ending. “I did not understand, and still do not, how a sixand-a-half-year good landlord/tenant relationship could turn so bad and end up in the tribunal.
