Saddle Seat Inlay Part 2 of 2

STEP 27: Apply cement to the entirety of the foam and the visible skirting leather underneath.

STEP 28: Apply contact cement to the chap leather piece on the roughout side. Allow the glue to set for approximately five minutes.
