- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Thomas Merton’s thoughts on the subject of knowing God through contemplation are deep, beautiful and real based on his own life. The fact that some, if not most, of the tapes were recorded in the solitude of his hermitage was extraordinarily meaningful.
