- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I wanted to read this book because I'm a fan of Steve's stand-up comedy. I wasn't expecting him to be so vulnerable in his storytelling and for the memories and emotions it evoked in me. I felt for him, related to him, and found myself rooting for him. I can see how the Steve in the last couple of chapters of this book became the comedian we see on stage, and my respect and admiration for him grew tenfold. Even if you're not familiar with Steve's comedy or with Steve in general, this is a wonderful, sincere, and emotional coming-of-age story that so many of us can relate to, and I highly recommend you read it!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was AMAZING. I've never been able to pay attention to audiobooks, but Steve is a natural storyteller and his story is relatable.
