The author really goes deep into everything you need to know about self-discipline, your mindset and developing effective habits that stick PLUS how to create and achieve goals. But, what I like about it equally best is that the author deals with a lot of other things that impact a person such as your health, what you eat among many other things that can hinder you from developing discipline. The author gives numerous tips and insight to help you better understand and achieve more self-discipline, better habits and how to better achieve your goals. I have taken training on goal setting, time management and other self-development topics and I found that the author really handled his topic in a comprehensive way to not only tell you, but show you how to be more productive.
