- Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5I feel that this extensive guide has left me prepared to gear my business up for sale in 2 years. Having sold 1 business previously, I realise how much I left on the table no having ‘built to sell’. I recommend this book to anyone who is starting a business, too, so they can structure their operation the right way straight from the start. I know I will listen to the book many more times. Also appreciate the online companion resources. 1 star lost to the fact that this book has a very USA-centric in terms of examples, and sone of the specifics. But as a generic guide it has earned its place on my virtual bookshelf.
