About this audiobook

Something lurks beneath the surface…

Brodie McFadden is supposed to be on vacation, getting some sunshine and deciding if he wants to join his brothers in the Krewe of Hunters, a special paranormal investigation unit of the FBI. But a diving excursion with an old navy buddy to a historic shipwreck uncovers a crime scene—and the corpse is new.

Museum curator Dakota “Kody” McCoy just wants her Key West culture festival to succeed. She’s always had a deep connection to her home, including being regularly haunted by some of the resident ghosts. Then, in the middle of a performance, a beloved local musician drops dead. It seems accidental, but Kody isn’t so sure.

Brodie thinks the recent deaths are linked, and he needs help from Kody. Something about her festival is dangerous. And the threat is creeping ever closer. Has she uncovered a treasure from the past that someone will kill for?

It has been one great ride and enjoyable experience from reading this series. It dose being another groups of family into the krewe of Hunters. And they are making good with gift and helping to bring the killers to justic.
The vacation of Private investigator Brodie McFadden 5he youngest of the boys. Came to Florida with an old friend's and they were diving checkout and old ship that was responsible for slave cargo that's went done with all it members. The ship name was Victoria Elizabeth. During this dive body of the man by the name Arnold Ferrer discover and death body of a man.
After that then while they were out at the Drunken Pirate tiki bar the musician fall and he died from something and he was not with his Enpeni. Of which all who knows him were all aware of his allergies. Someone took that enpen preventing him from been saved. As the investigation continues there were many less but nothing was coming out until Dakota Kody McCoy began to go through her father property and she start to discover the truth about the songs. How he had helped his friends to make a name. Including she came to learn that all those who has been killed. Are apart of her father musicians groups. They all have played with her one or the other in different locations.
The most stocking was that the wife of the Cliff Bullard and her boyfriend was responsible for all the killings especially her own husband. Great book I did enjoy every bit and all the ups and many confusing elements.
