I LOVEEEE RVD and the mafia romance series, especially Asher and Annie’s story. But there’s something about this book that made it feel so cheesy. I was so excited to read another one in this series but I can barely finish it. When we find out what’s actually going on with Max, I totally lost interest. It’s just really bleh. Lame. Not realistic at all. But maybe that’s just me, cause I love all her other books!
