This is an intro book and not for those who have done advanced work. It’s not really a guide book but more of a collection of basic info. It’s more a stream of thought than a guide for connecting to 5D. I felt the constant references to the former Trump administration to be counterproductive to message of this book.

garbage...starts off interesting at least but you can hear the american politics chiming in even then. about halfway in you'll hear more and more of that, to the point of ridiculousness. i couldn't finish it, made me want to puke. should've called it "activating your 5d frequency with my extreme left american political view."
