FAIR WARNING!

This book is no doubt very well written and the narrator does a fantastic job at giving the characters life, however, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO VERY FEW PEOPLE because even for me as someone who has been fortunate enough not to have gone through family abuse, this story was hard to listen to. It brought me to tears many times and i really felt the stress this young girl was going through. To say this book IS FULL OF ONE ON ONE FATHER DAUGHTER PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL ABUSE, that very much would be an understatement, it really is the whole story, story is essentially about abuse. The name of the text really is fitting because if you have gone through such abuse, i am sure this book will TRIGGER your memories. So once again I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO MOST PEOPLE, its not a pleasant listen.
