- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This is the second book in the House of Oak series. I highly recommend reading these in order. The first one explains much about the basic premise of what unfolds in this one.
I don't know how Nichole Van does it! Her mind must be a brilliant place to reside.
This story amazed me. How does she keep all the pieces straight and then weave them together so beautifully? I'm truly speechless. I love this series.
Again the audiobook narrator is fantastic, especially at putting the exact inflection to Nichole Van's writing. I loved it!
