About this audiobook
This is the book that has given thousands of sufferers new hope—a gentle, effective way to find real relief from back pain, without painkillers, without surgery, without spending days on end in bed.
Dr. John Sarno's revolutionary approach to back pain is based on his discovery that tension is the underlying cause of most back problems—leading to an often unrecognized condition called Tension Myositis Syndrome. In this book—the first to explain the psychophysiology, manifestations, and treatment of TMS—you'll find clear steps and sensible advice to help you find relief, prevent future pain... and live life fully once again.
John E. Sarno, M.D.
Dr. John Sarno (1923-2017) was Professor of Clinical Rehabilitation Medicine, New York University School of Medicine, and attending physician at the Howard A. Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine, New York University Medical Center.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5the narration was great and the concepts are new. I would recommend this book and all other books by John Sarno and the others that have followed him like Steve Ozanich Rondal D. Siegel and David Scheter as they have written books like unlearn your pain which gives a program based on this book that you can do at home.
