What our readers think
Readers find this title to be an easy and informative listen, providing knowledge about narcissism and how to heal from being a victim. While some reviewers criticize the focus on female narcissists, they advise readers to push past it and explore the wealth of information in the book. Overall, the book offers a good overview of narcissism and provides helpful tips on dealing with it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Firstly , I began reading this book with an open mind to my self and others behaviours and was looking to gain knowledge of some of the “reasons why” events and abusive behaviour occurred in my life !
The knowledge in this book and it’s delivery is easy to listen to and also easy to absorb .
My only criticism was that it was hard to here that there was a lot of direction towards the woman being the narcissist, when I am the victim in my own life and thinking .
my advise for the reader .. please push past that if it affects you the same as there is so much more to the book. If something hits home with your own behaviour or tendencies then bookmark it and revisit it , some of your thoughts and feelings will be answered or settled a little further on.
We can all take a little something from the pages of this book to better ourselves and to heal or to protect ourselves.2 people found this helpful
