- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book is amazing. Super easy to read. I’ve read this cover to cover and often refer to it to remind myself on what I should be mindful of to be a great scrum master. There are some good anecdotal evidence on why doing X and X are effective. Every team is different, but this book really encourages you to think outside the box with a true servant-leader mentality.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The book gives very thorough insight into Scrum Master's everyday life. You can witness real life situations, watch great Scrum Master in action and understand why he acted this way. I recommend this book to all Scrum Master wanna be and Scrum Masters working in far from ideal environment. It is must read for SMs in corporations .If you cannot imagine how Scrum should be enacted or how great Scrum Master can work in real life, this book is for you. If you are Scrim Master for some time already, you might find here inspiration or find out that going against the grain and following intuition is the way to go.
