About this audiobook
Many people have psychological issues. Some even have something we call “traumas,” either from their childhood or some earlier events in their adulthood years. Whatever we suffer from, there are usually solutions that help us progress and cope with the problems we face.
One of those solutions could be cognitive behavioral therapy. This kind of therapy has been tested and has proven to work in many cases. Some people have treated romantic jealousy with this therapy, others stress or emotional eating. In this book, we’ll cover a number of treatments, techniques, and specific answers to questions you may have about it. This is a good reason to start reading or listening to this book.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The big difference between this book and other audiobooks, is really that this is way better. Audiobooks like these make me happy. They're terrific. There were so many points within this book that I didn't understand until now. I am glad I got it. It was well worth my time, especially because I listened to it while I was in my car to work.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I urge you (or even everybody who reads this) to buy this book. I really loved it. Despite of the author's knowledge about the idea, the narrator was still the element I was most satisfied with. This is what really offered me on the writer's book. I actually didn't see anything bad with this book. If I am incorrect, then let me know. Still, I found it to be almost perfect, and that's what mattered to me.
