This follows Daisy and Carter. Daisy is a Graphic Arts Major moving in with her cousin Noah for the next year while attending college. Noah also lives with his best friend Carter who loves the NFL and will be potentially drafted next year. Daisy and Carter don’t see eye to eye. They push each other's buttons and try to resist each other but the walls come tumbling down and they fall hard and fast. Can they keep this secret for too long?

I enjoyed this read and the audiobook is great. I found Carter sweet and crushing on Daisy hard. The plot was great too and Daisy loved to push Carter. Also had some really good funny moments. I wanted the enemies-to-lovers tension a bit longer though because I loved the competitive dynamic between them both. Also, the third-act breakup was very late in the book so making up was quite quick for my liking.

I love Jennifer Sucevic’s college sports series! Great story about a football player and his best friend’s cousin. Both lead characters were fully fleshed out and their vulnerabilities were realistic. Another excellent book from this author!
