To say the ending is disappointing is an understatement. It’s almost as if the author decided they no longer gave a hoot and picked an ending/plot twist from a fishbowl.

This book was really great until the end. I was actually going back to see if I missed some chapters because I couldn't figure out HOW it had gone from one scenario (apparently) just in her head, to what had actually happened. It made absolutely no sense and there was not a "smooth" transition from the story of Regi to the true story of Meg.

Really enjoyed it and was keen to get to the end for the plot but unfortunately it was quite a disappointing end that didn’t align with the story.

It was excellent up until the end, it made absolutely no sense, even after going back . I was very disappointed as I was waiting for this amazing twist, it had potential to have a better ending

The ending ruined this book and I don’t know if I would invest to be so puzzled at the end

Preposterous ending that leaves the plot full of holes. Don’t bother with this one unless you’re looking for a book designed to insult your intelligence. My first and last from this author.

I enjoyed this book, had figured out Mrs. Clean but even more of a twist at the end.
