- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Wow will definitely read it again.
Thank you for standing up for the truth. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love how practical this book is, and how it gently helped me to realign my discipline in a way that will help both my children and me. I felt encouraged and challenged by Dr. Dobson’s advice. I look forward to listening to more of his books that I have been wanting to read for years.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Glad he stood up for what we read in the Bible vs just picking and choosing verses that are easy to apply. I will probably read it again. It’s too bad he discredits himself by being alarmist and unnecessarily divisive in his political rants.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5In todays world or at least America I find that most parents take a Very minor part in teaching their children how to be responsible for their actions and instill instead by their own examples of how to be rude, disrespectful of authority, poorly mannered, and overly selfish. We teach our children to say “please and thank you” when we can’t even say it ourselves. Today people teach that They should come first and are more important then everyone else, that it is alright to say anything you feel like no matter the content or whom it is aimed at.
We need to take back control of our country and humanity. We need to Dare to Discipline.

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5With two small children at home, I was excited to read a book that would give me some direction in raising them. I appreciated Dr. Dobson's honesty and wisdom as he walked me through how and when to discipline my children. This book is an excellent guide to help set up a very loving and structured home in which to nurture our children.
