- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Great read and, in my experience as a public sector innovator, a highly accurate lens through which to view and understand the greatest opportunities for transformation in government. I encourage anyone interested in the topic to read anything and everything by Alan G. Robinson and Dean M. Schroeder. They simply get it.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5The examples given are really good, as well as the underlying reasons for failure of idea-driven programs in a business world. The best of intentions can be derailed by the most well-intentioned plans. I found it very worthwhile to read.
