- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Very informative and reader was attention catching I highly recommend
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Short but to the point!I loved it my best book yet!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This, although very short, is a pretty good quick reminder of the uselessness and untoward effects of worry "distress" on our bodies. ( reference " eustress ", if a book can be found on it for good stress). my only lies in how short it is. But that need not be a lead thing; it could be used in acute episodes of worry or as a daily reminder. In this way it could he used much like an affirmation - listen to it before work, etc. Allow it simply to jog your memory.
Without writing out a long exertation, it's read in an uplifting cadence that, in itself, provides a sense of well being as well as its common sense approach. For this reason, I give it 5 stars. I'm no authority on the subject; just a retired paramedic point of view, so check it out and see how it fits you. At the very least, you'll only spend an hour & change on a little good advice. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5It has so much insight on how to let go of the stress and let's you see how your life can be greater with less stress
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Short and realistic to the point! Simply easy listening. Enjoy

- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This was just beautiful. I can totally relate to it. The story warmed my heart, and I plan on reading it all over again. " How to Stop Worrying and Start Living" is highly recommended.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Short but all important was said.Chapter 6th was great. I loved every word of it." Let your strenght to find who you realy are"
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5I expected the audiobook to provide more detailed step by step instructions given that mainstream is highly recommending this book
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5That's it? That's what I thought when I got to the end. Very short book. But, it was helpful. It made me realize how much I've let worry control my life. It felt good to listen to this and feel more determined to take back control of my life, and achieve the things I want to do. Instead of just defending against the things I don't want to happen (the things I'm most worried about). Which has given me a lot of anxiety. Thank author, appreciate it. ?
Also, kudos to the narrator. He did a great job. One of the best narrations I've heard. Positive and enthusiastic, but not over the top like so many. Thanks to you too. ?
