They recommend going directly to a training instead. Others found it worth listening to and very useful for any organization. Some readers wanted more than just the core concepts and appreciated the stories woven into the reading. That bottom up approach is useful for developing OKRs. The observation that in global health promotion for Africa there was need to include African on board.

It is a bit boring and didn't tell me much on how to go about it. I would not recommend it. Just go directly to a training.

I needed a quick overview of OKRs as I have had some struggles with implementation. I wanted a little more than the core concepts, I wanted a touch of humanity. I found that in the stories (though heavily summarised) woven into the reading.

By stating merely the company discussed per chapter but not summarizing the takeaway made the summary more of a table of contents than an offering of ideas.
