- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5The book itself is alright. It rambles a lot and has clear biases against witches, witchcraft, and certain deities, but its about what you would expect from something published in the early 1900s. The narration, however, is absolute garbage. Where do they find these people? How do you not look up how to pronounce words you've never heard in the age of the internet? What the hell is this infomercial inflection? Go to a park and listen to people talk before you apply as an audio book narrator...

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5I was excited to read this book, as it is often touted as one of the core neopagan texts. But I cannot tolerate this narrator. It sounds more like an infomercial than a book on the occult and philosophy. Never hire this man to destroy another audiobook.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Narrator rambles on and demeans the words writen. Might at well be a computer reading out loud. Bood does not read like english is the authors first language. So wording is very interesting.

- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Maybe this is a good book when read in the text format. However, the audio version is so awful, it is itself a psychic attack. I couldn’t get past 10 minutes of this satirical, goofy sounding informercial persona. It was giving me a headache. What a strange and terrible choice for a reader.
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5Average, slow and exclusively anecdotal read that is more like an autobiography than any especially valuable practical reading. But there is still some interesting stuff in there. Audiobook narration absolutely sucks.
