Ashley Kehr is the co-host of the BiggerPockets Real Estate Rookie podcast, the author of Real Estate Rookie: 90 Days to Your First Investment, and a real estate investor of eight years. She purchased her first rental property in 2014 and has since grown her buy-and-hold portfolio to more than thirty units. Ashley has experience in multiple real estate strategies with buy-and-hold being her foundation. With a dual degree in public accounting and finance, her specialty is creating systems to work efficiently and remotely.
