    For real, this book will tell you EVERYTHING you might want to know about testosterone. It's a whole lot more in-depth than I had expected, and definitely helpful to know how testosterone can impact sleep. I also didn't know how sugar could affect testosterone. Oh, and it has really good recommendations on ways to improve your testosterone naturally, which is nice.
    Now, I will say, because of the exhaustive nature of this book, it does get a little repetitive sometimes, but honestly, it does that in ways that make sense for the information it's delivering.
    Definitely worth a read for any man.
