- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Although I don't suffer from Bipolar disorder, I have a few family and friends that do. This book helped me to understand the very real struggles they face and the book offers a person dealing with the disorder a way to successfully navigate it and lead successful lives.
It also helped me to realize that I truly did not understand the disorder and the booked help open my eyes to it. I recommend this book to anyone suffering with Bipolar Disorder, or anyone who wants to understand others who are suffering from it.
