During my early years of life, I realized the desire to express myself through writing.

However, when I write or read the words...view moreDuring my early years of life, I realized the desire to express myself through writing.
It maybe because I tend to get “tongue tied” when speaking sometimes.
However, when I write or read the words flow smoothly.
As this progressed I begin to publicly speak and recite at church, women conventions and at work. I fell in love with poetry after many years of looking for that perfect birthday, graduation, anniversary and thank-you cards for family and friends.
So during these special occasions, I usually provide a card with a personalized poetic message.
Throughout my work, travel in life, I feel the need to help heal the hearts of those who are suffering.
As you read these poems, I hope that they will in some way minister to your hearts.
My family, friends and I expressed a common yearning; to create meaning in our lives. I realized that the words expressed in my ministry could be used to heal a broken heart, to build self-esteem, to encourage, empower, give comfort and hope to hurting women.
My ultimate desire is to have this book live on in the hearts of my children as a token of my love for them/ family and all of mankind.view less
