He received his PhD in 1993 and then did postdoctoral research at The University of Lund in the theory of fluids combining numerical and analytical mathematical methods in the prediction of physical properties. He subsequently moved to England where he combines part time instruction at The Open University with full time research at The Institute of Food Research in Norwich, East Anglia.view less
